Turnkey Interior Fit-Out & Construction Works
Glory Group Construction delivered a series of large-scale turnkey fit-out and construction projects for IKEA across Morocco, covering retail, logistics, warehouse, and temporary retail concepts. These projects required a high level of coordination, strict compliance with international brand standards, and seamless execution within tight timelines.
The scope included the IKEA Tetouan flagship store, logistics and warehouse facilities, as well as multiple pop-up stores and support facilities in different regions of Morocco. All works were executed with a strong focus on operational efficiency, durability, and long-term performance, in line with IKEA’s global technical and sustainability requirements.
The projects involved complete interior fit-out works, including furniture installation, suspended and grid ceiling systems, flooring applications, electrical and low-current systems, mechanical coordination, and final finishing works. In addition to retail areas, Glory Group Construction also delivered warehouse and logistics spaces, ensuring functional layouts, optimized circulation, and robust technical infrastructure.
Managing these projects required close collaboration with international stakeholders, suppliers, and local authorities. The works were delivered across high square-meter areas, often while coordinating multiple disciplines simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, and timely handover.
Through these projects, Glory Group Construction demonstrated its capability to deliver complex, large-scale retail and logistics environments, reinforcing its expertise in turnkey solutions for international brands operating across multiple locations.
